 Dave BrownDirector of Counseling & Support Contact Dave Brown Dave Brown serves pureHOPE as Director of Counseling & Support. In his role as a licensed social worker, Dave facilitates, trains, teaches, and counsels in areas of biblical sexuality, treatment of sexual addiction, parenting, and men’s support groups. Prior to joining pureHOPE, Dave was a clinical social worker in both the Chicago and Cincinnati areas. He has served most recently at Miami Valley Christian Academy and with Dr. Doug Reed & Associates. Dave graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University. He later received a Master of Divinity at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Master of Social Work at Loyola University of Chicago. Dave's passion is to see people grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally through God's grace and truth, time, and accountability. You can see Dave regularly at Starbucks and Caribou coffee shops or walking the hills and dales of Sharon Woods. Dave enjoys a wide variety of both books and music. |
